Child Care Partnerships

Purpose

Bear River Head Start offers a Child Care Partnership program to eligible families. This program offers preschool services to children ages three to five that are in a center or a family home child care in the community.

This program is designed to serve families that are working, in school full time or a combination of both.  Each child care provider is licensed and supervised by Head Start and State employees.  Each child care provider follows Head Start performance standards where children will receive the highest standard of care. Child cares are served by Head Start staff and helped with up-to- date trainings, curriculum, and health services.   If you feel your child would benefit from this program please complete and submit an application.

Family Home Child Care Providers

Bear River Head Start Child Care Partnership programs contract with licensed family child care providers in Cache and Box Elder counties.  Providers within our network are given free training and technical assistance.  Providers work closely with a Site Visitor that acts as a mentor to provide information, training and support to better serve the children in their care.  Providers are required to be licensed, and follow Head Start performance standards provided by Bear River Head Start.  If you are interested in becoming a Child Care Partnership Provider please complete and submit an application.
