Make a calendar with your child for the month. Ideas on what to include on the calendar:

• Have child write the month. Help where needed.
• Have child write the date in the boxes. Help where needed.
• Name the days of the week with the child.
• Plan a date with your child and write it in the box.
• Help child keep track of days during the month.
• Help child keep track of important events during the month on their calendar.
• Set up days that you will read with your child.

Use stickers or other symbols to signify when events are going to happen during the month.
