Nutrition Screening

Upon enrollment, your child will be screened for any nutritional problems. Your child's teacher will ask you to fill out a Nutrition Screening Form during the first home visit. This form will help the Nutrition Specialist determine whether the child is deficient in any area. You can also voice any concerns regarding your child's nutrition and feeding on this form. The Nutrition Specialist will review each form and send out any useful information regarding the nutritional deficiencies or parent concerns.
